Warranty Period
- The warranty period for Pronet Nets shall be 3 years from the invoice date.

- Warranty benefit shall reduce proportionately with usage over time.
- Any approved warranty benefit shall be provided only as an adjustment against the purchase of a replacement or equivalent Pronet product.
- No cash refund, bank transfer, monetary payout, or direct reimbursement shall be provided under any warranty claim.
- If the value of the replacement/new product is higher than the approved pro-rata warranty adjustment, the customer shall pay the remaining balance amount.
- If the approved pro-rata warranty adjustment is higher than the value of the replacement/new product, no cash refund or balance credit shall be issued unless specifically approved in writing by the company.
- Replacement, repair, or adjustment under warranty shall not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.
- If the same model, size, colour, or specification is unavailable, the company may offer a reasonably equivalent Pronet product, subject to availability.

- Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of noticing the issue.
- The customer must preserve the product in its existing condition until inspection is completed.
